WHO ARE WE?

That is a fair question.

We’re new here so you probably want to know who we are.

Although this is our first TCG event, together we have 35+ years of event production experience.

We are very confident we can deliver a memorable day for collectors, hobbyists, families and vendors alike.

Brendan O’BRIEN - Bobby

Co-Founder - Event Ops, Entertainment and AV

Bobby has 15+ years working in events and AV production.
Drum and Bass promoter for Traction and the Traction Sound System.
You may find Bobby out and about DJing under the moniker Smokescreen.
Outside of drum and bass, Bobby is heavily involved in community events production and will be the driving force behind the Card Safari background vibes. He’ll be booking the Safari DJ’s for a day of video game inspired beats.

Bobby is the real collector of the two founders. Collecting mainly Pokemon, he has been in it for the long haul. Once a 90’s kid, always a 90’s kid.

Brad Lindsay

Co-Founder - Event manager, Vendor Liaison

Brad is no stranger to community events logistics and marketing.
With a 20+ year career in events from live music touring and helping build festivals to electric skateboard races around Elizabeth Quay,
This will be his first TCG and Collectibles market, but he was previously responsible for the City of Joondalup’s Summer Night Markets.

Brad is more interested in having a game. Doing his best to stay an enthusiast than become a collector, but there is something about shiny cards and nostalgia that just….
